Trillium CNG is Exhibitor At Alternative Clean Transportation Expo

CHICAGO, June 25, 2013 – Trillium CNG is a featured gold sponsor of the ACT Expo taking place Monday through June 27 in Washington, D.C. It will be displaying and demonstrating at Booth 200 its patented Hydraulic Intensifier Compressor that is capable of providing an ultra-fast refueling experience similar to conventional diesel.

In addition, on June 26, Bill Zobel, vice president of market development and strategy for Trillium CNG, will participate in a panel discussion about retail compressed natural gas (CNG) refueling and Trillium’s infrastructure plans.

The goal of ACT Expo is to further develop the market for cleaner vehicles. It is North America’s largest and most comprehensive conference focused on promoting the leading alternative transportation fuels such as CNG and clean vehicle technologies.

“The adoption of compressed natural gas by heavy-duty fleets is growing rapidly,” said Zobel. “Natural gas is plentiful in the United States and more cost effective than diesel. In addition to lower pump prices, CNG provides more certainty on fuel pricing for fleet managers and their customers.”

Demonstrations of the Hydraulic Intensifier Compressor will be June 26 at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. and June 27 at 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. at Trillium’s booth, which is located at the entrance to Hall D in the Walter E. Washington Convention Center.
